Each of the gents brings a different set of skills to the team. With extensive experience in event management, hospitality, brand consultancy, creative visual styling & merchandising. Matt is lead Gent, director & head chef. Ant leads front of house and creative. Dave leads on logistics Due Diligence and Training. We are supported by a core team of hospitality freelancers, many of whom have been with us from the beginning.
We specialise in canape & bowl food, luxury grazing buffets & corporate ‘full-service’ food & beverage packages. We also love a wedding & have BBQ & sharing platter menus which suit informal celebrations.
We have set menus but also can tailor to any experiential theme. We attempt to reflect the seasons in what we prepare, keeping a close eye on the industry to ensure what we create is on trend & priced accordingly. We change our canape & bowl offering monthly so best to check in with us for our most recent menu. We have a festive menu throughout December & is available on request.
